What information do you need when booking?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — just send us a WhatsApp message as early as you can. We're flexible with reschedules, especially when the weather isn't cooperating or your plans shift. Same-day weather cancellations from our side are rare (Playa Mantas is protected year-round) but if we ever need to reschedule, we'll reach out directly and find another time that works.
Is it worth booking ahead vs. walking up?
Walk-ups are welcome when space is available, but we can't guarantee a spot without a reservation — especially during the December–April high season when Jacó fills up with visitors. A 30-second WhatsApp message the day before (or even the morning of, earlier is better) is all it takes. We've never turned away a guest who planned ahead.
